Union Graduate School Student Health Care Insurance:
Health insurance is required for full-time (2 courses or more per term) students through Gallagher Koster Insurance. You must enroll or waive (if you wish to waive you must have comparable insurance) your first term and then again annually.

If you cannot find the correct decision form at the website please email one of these individuals. Please email the following individuals to get you enrolled administratively. Waivers will require a petition at a designated date TBD each term.
