With the approval of the program advisor and/or Waiver Review committee,
graduate work completed on a satisfactory level (minimum grade of B-) at other institutions may be counted toward a Union Graduate College MBA or Masters degree if it contributes to the completion of degree requirements. Graduate college credits transfer in, but grades will not.
Education - may allow up to two graduate transfer courses
Engineering/Computer Science - may allow up to two transfer courses
MBA & Management - may waive/transfer up to eight courses
Bioethics - may transfer up to three courses
Note - all transfer credits must come from courses not being applied toward another graduate degree.
Matriculated graduate students interested in receiving credit for additional courses taken elsewhere are advised to obtain a permission form at the Union Graduate College Office of Graduate Admissions and Registration and acquire the necessary approval prior to registration at another school.
Matriculated students are notified at the time of graduate school admission of pre-approved waivers and transfers. Students who want to appeal this decision and request a further review should contact the Director of Admissions and Registrar or their academic advisor. Course outlines and descriptions may be required to complete academic credit transfer reviews.

The ease of transition into the graduate program was what initially caught my attention. It gave me the opportunity to explore a potential career path while I was still completing my undergraduate degree. The MBA in Healthcare Management courses I took as an undergraduate helped me to define my career goals, relieving a lot of the pressure a senior can feel when trying to identify a post graduate path Alicia Anderson Program Analyst Fenway Community Health
