INFORMATION SESSIONS/COMPANY PRESENTATIONS
Information Sessions or Company Presentations are an excellent way to educate UGC students about your organization! Presentations usually last between 45-60 minutes and should include information such as a company overview, available career paths and opportunities, and your application process. Time should be allotted after the presentation for questions and answers and a more informal discussion with participants. Refreshments and audio visual needs can be made available at your request.

RESUME COLLECTIONS
Your position(s) are advertised to students and resumes will be collected for the employer to review. Deadline dates are determined by the employer & Coordinator of Career Services. Employers can choose to interview candidates at their office or arrangements can be made to interview on-campus.

ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWS
The Career Services Office will manage the entire interview process for you-- from advertising your vacancy to our students to scheduling the interviews. Employers may either pre-screen resumes from students before deciding to interview or choose an “open” format where any interested candidate will be considered and interviewed. Since space & time is crucial, resume submission deadlines must be set well in advance of the interview dates. One-on-one interviews will be arranged in a private setting, tailored to the recruiter’s schedule.

SITE VISITS
Site visits serve are a great way for us to learn more about our employers. Because we get to witness your organization’s atmosphere firsthand, conducting a site visit allows us to establish stronger relationships with our corporate partners The Career Services Office can help you develop a structured itinerary for students attending your company’s site visit, or the schedule can be more informal. The Coordinator of Career Services is also be available to come to your facility at your convenience to discuss recruitment options.

ANNUAL INTERNSHIP/CAREER FAIR
This event introduces and exposes students to current and potential internship/job opportunities and vacancies with your organization, available career paths, and companies seeking highly capable and quality candidates, in a non-interview setting. Students who attend are usually seeking internship options or full-time positions after graduation. Fields of interest include Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare, Research and Development, etc. Each company will have a table to display and distribute organization materials.
