Union Graduate College Master of Science Degree Programs
Our School of Engineering & Computer Science focuses on advancing fundamentals and applying the practical professional knowledge required by today's rapidly changing industries. Students gain from a flexible multi-discriplinary approach that emphasizes the latest technology, such as Emerging Energy Technologies. The program is designed to meet career goals and for many students that means incorporating business course electives within their curriculum.

Four MS programs, available through full or part-time study;
  • MS in Mechanical Engineering: - Expands graduates' understanding and application of solid mechanics, thermal-fluid systems, materials, and manufacurability to advance career opporunities in power systems, emerging energy technologies, and product design evolution. Students have the opportunity to include up to two business course electives in their program.

  • MS in Electrical Engineering: - Explores technologies and related industry opportunities in modern electric machinery/power electronics and their relationships to power converters and controls, electric machines and their controls, power converters and semi-conductors, and utilization of embedded controls. Integration of these fundamentals into power and emerging energy systems is emphasized.

  • MS in Engineering and Management Systems: Union Graduate College’s newest degree program, this study integrates engineering and computer science technologies with the core components of an MBA. Students become architects of a multi-disciplined technical/management degree to meet the needs of today’s flexible hi-tech industries focused on skills to quickly develop and move products to commercialization.

  • MS in Computer Science: Expands the fundamentals and explores advances in computational theory, programming languages, software systems, hardware integration, and information technology.
