A total of 20 graduate study courses are required to earn the Union Graduate College Master of Business Administration degree. The graduate courses can be reduced by the number of courses that can be waived. Advanced electives can not be taken until the core course or courses in that discipline have been completed. For example an advanced finance class cannot be taken until Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting and Finance has been completed. In addition courses in three categories will be required to provide some breadth in the program.
MBA internships are typically performed in the summer between the first and second year of the graduate study program and is often worked on a 10 to 20 hours per week basis throughout the school year.
